Halcyon Change Request Process

Requests must come through the approved process from a PHO to Karo.

Process

The standard process is for the request to be submitted to the Karo Helpdesk karohelpdesk@karo.co.nz. The request will then be scoped and a quote will be sent out to approved individuals, then the development work will be done and the change will be pushed to the PHO UAT portal for the PHO to test and approve. There may be a delay to push to UAT if there are no available PHO UAT portals. After the PHO approves the change it will go live. The go-live date will be in the quote.
